Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. It is written to comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the rules made under it.
In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean , operating the brand Easy Loans. We are the Data Fiduciary for the data described below.
1. What we collect
- What you type into our form: your name, mobile number, city, employment type and stated monthly income.
- Technical data: your IP address, browser and device type, the page you came from, and any campaign parameters (utm_source and similar) in the link you clicked.
- Consent record: the exact consent wording you agreed to, and the date and time you agreed.
We do not collect your PAN, Aadhaar, bank details, account numbers or credit report on this website. If a lending partner needs those, you provide them directly on the lender's own platform, under the lender's own privacy policy.
2. Why we collect it
- To calculate and show you an indicative loan eligibility figure.
- To refer your enquiry to the lending partner you choose.
- To contact you about that enquiry by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email.
- To measure which of our advertisements work, in aggregate.
- To meet our record-keeping obligations.
We process this data on the basis of the consent you give when submitting the form. You are not obliged to give it, but without it we cannot show you an estimate or refer your enquiry.
3. Who we share it with
- Lending partners and loan distribution platforms — the banks, NBFCs and partner platforms you choose to proceed with, so they can process your enquiry. Once your data reaches them, their own privacy policy governs how they use it.
- Service providers — hosting, analytics and communication tools that operate on our behalf under contract.
- Where the law requires — regulators, courts or law enforcement acting under valid authority.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
4. Advertising and cookies
We use the Meta (Facebook) pixel to understand which advertisements lead to enquiries. It sets cookies and reports events such as a page view or a form submission back to Meta, which may combine that information with data it already holds about you. Meta's handling of that data is governed by Meta's own privacy policy. You can limit this through your browser's cookie settings and through your ad preferences on Meta's platforms.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to service your enquiry and to meet legal and audit requirements, and no longer than three years from your last interaction with us, unless a longer period is required by law. After that it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
- Access — ask what personal data of yours we hold and who we shared it with.
- Correction — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected or completed.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data, where no legal obligation requires us to keep it.
- Withdraw consent — at any time, as easily as you gave it. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out, and it will not pull your data back from a lender you already chose to apply with.
- Grievance redressal — raise a complaint with us first, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied.
- Nominate — nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or become incapacitated.
To exercise any of these, write to us at . We will respond within a reasonable period, ordinarily within thirty days.
7. Children
This website is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data of children. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, tell us and we will delete it.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and restricted access. No method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The revision date at the top will change, and the current version will always be published on this page.
