1. What we are — and what we are not
Easy Loans is a loan referral partner. We introduce people who are looking for credit to banks, non-banking financial companies and loan distribution platforms.
We are not a bank, an NBFC, a lender or a deposit-taking institution. We do not lend money, do not sanction loans, do not disburse funds, do not set interest rates and do not decide anyone's eligibility. Every credit decision is made solely by the lending institution you choose, under its own policies and documentation.
2. The eligibility figure is an estimate, not an offer
Any amount, EMI, tenure or interest rate shown on this website is an indicative illustration calculated from the income figure you type in and a fixed set of assumptions published on our home page. It is not an offer, a sanction, a pre-approval or a commitment to lend by us or by anyone else.
Your actual eligibility depends on your credit history, existing obligations, employment, banking pattern, documentation and the lender's own credit policy. The real outcome may be higher, lower, on different terms, or nil. Do not make financial commitments on the basis of the estimate shown here.
3. We never charge you
Our service is free to you. We do not charge any fee, deposit, processing charge, file charge or commission to customers, at any stage. We are paid a referral fee by the lending partner when a referred loan is disbursed.
Fraud warning. No genuine lender and no representative of Easy Loans will ever ask you to pay money in advance to get a loan approved. If anyone does so in our name, do not pay. Report it to us immediately using the contact details below, and to your local cyber crime authorities.
4. Third-party websites
When you click through to a lending partner, you leave this website and enter theirs. What happens there — the application, the credit check, the offer, the documentation, the disbursal, the servicing and the collection — is entirely between you and that institution, governed by their terms and their privacy policy. We do not control their platforms, their decisions, their charges or their conduct, and we accept no liability for them.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate and complete information. An estimate based on a wrong income figure is a wrong estimate.
- Be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
- Use this website only for your own genuine loan enquiry — not to submit other people's details without their knowledge, and not for any unlawful purpose.
- Read the lender's Key Fact Statement, sanction letter and loan agreement in full before accepting any offer. Borrow only what you can repay.
6. Availability and accuracy
We try to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is current at every moment. Lending partners, products, rates and terms change without notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website, from reliance on any estimate shown here, from any lender's decision, or from the acts or omissions of any third party. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Intellectual property
The design, text and layout of this website belong to us. Lender names and marks, where shown, belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the institutions we refer enquiries to.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at our registered place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
10. Changes
We may revise these terms. The revision date at the top will change, and continued use of the website after that means you accept the revised terms.
